How does the free trial work?

The Pro plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You get full access to all Pro features during the trial period.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my viewer limit?

We won't cut your stream mid-broadcast. You'll receive a notification, and we'll work with you to find the right plan. Overages are billed at a fair per-viewer rate.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes, annual plans save you 20%. Contact us at sales@reddwarf.io for annual pricing on Pro and Enterprise plans.

Is there an on-premise option?

Enterprise customers can deploy Red Dwarf on their own infrastructure. We provide full installation support and ongoing maintenance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers (Enterprise), and can issue invoices for annual plans. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
